This went from an idea and with weeks of late-night hours, it turned out amazing.
These are very detailed drawn out compositions from 27 different images that Meagan and I took while driving around the mountains of Costa Rica.
This book includes 16 pages with 16 very colorful species. The coloring reference sheet is an insert that you can pull out to color them their specific colors. Or, you can let your imagination run wild and color them every color of the rainbow.
Most pages have the female and male and all pages are labeled with the species. The inside cover shows the map and route of our 700-mile journey. The back has a little size comparison chart of the smallest and largest species.
These are perfect to keep you busy until your hummingbirds return, and are great as small gifts for all ages.
